If not, tap Docs on the top menu, then tap Device: the eBook should appear there, as well. The eBook should appear on the devices carousel screen. Wait for the file to transfer and safely eject the device from your computer. Would you trust Apple and Amazon now? I live on SSI/SNAP due to disabilities am born with. Find the MOBI file you saved in step 1, then drag-and-drop it into the devices Books folder. So content I have in my Amazon account is forever locked up out of my use until I upgrade my Os and the Kindle app. And on sep.15th the app on my iMac will no longer work at all anymore.
